- Liaise with other members of the senior management team in evaluating financial or management information and other related factors including contract negotiations or setting up strategic partnerships.

- Implement effective internal controls for effectively resolving potential risks and anticipated losses. Set up financial benchmarks by implementing remedial measures, comparing budget Vs actual.

- Maintain updated knowledge of legislation, rules, regulations and court decisions pertaining to financial functions of the organization.

- Assessed budget & cash flow forecasts for facilitating short term borrowing; managed realization, LC & Bills transaction/ dues including investment of short term funds, project funds.

- Evaluate credit requirements/ working capital management for monitoring & managing fund flow with related interest costs.

- Represent the company in different countries under Revenue Audit, Customs Audit and VAT Audit.

- Participate in various internal & external audits. Follow up with respective stakeholders in implementing effective audit recommendations.

- Prepare & present various status reports for the senior management & other stakeholders to enable effective decision making.

- Analysing the Capex cost and keeping it in line with group Capex Budgets.
