Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be responsible for managing the company's financial strategy, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of manufacturing and building products.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.

- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.

Financial Management:

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect company assets.

- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.

Capital Management:

- Manage capital structure and optimize financing strategies.

- Oversee investment activities and assess potential investment opportunities.

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Stakeholder Relations:

- Communicate financial performance and strategies to the executive team and board of directors.

- Engage with investors, lenders, and financial institutions.

Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant with minimum 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role, preferably in manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
