Position : Reports to CEO

- CA - with 14 to 16 years experience preferable from manufacturing/chemical industries with exposure in Fundraising and IPOs

- This position will be responsible for leading the overall Finance function in a company with approximately 500 cores annual turnover :

Key responsibilities will be in Financial control, Financial Performance, cash flow, liquidity, IPO, direct and indirect tax, cost accounting and FP&A, MIS /Dash Boards, Board Meetings preparation

- Maintain healthy relationships with banks

- Good commercial acumen in dealing with financial decisions

- Collaborate and Work closely with the key business stakeholders on financial related matters.

- Develop Annual Budgets, Annual Business and Operating Plans .

- Financial controls, audits, annual budget planning ( long term and short term ) and compliance

- Develop and implement financial control policies, systems, and procedures to ensure compliance.
