1. Preparation of Ind AS Financial statement as per schedule III Division III

2. Preparation and review of EIR, ECL and other Ind AS adjustments.

3. Preparation of Annual Operating Plan

4. Ind AS accounting of Investments, Treasury assets and financial instruments.

5. Preparation of RBI returns (DNBS01, 03, 4A, 4B etc).

6. Lead the team for preparation of Ind AS financials.

7. Preparation of quarterly ACM deck presentation and monthly Finance MIS.

8. Variance Analysis of Actuals Vs Budgeted numbers, yield analysis and Key Ratios.

9. Preparation of Business segment wise profitability.

Job Requirements Qualifications : Preferred Chartered Accountant

Experience : 12-15 yrs of experience in financial reporting preferably from private equity and AIF background. Functional Competencies Indepth knowledge of financial accounting standards and industry know how.
