Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly required work paper account analysis to support balance sheet and income statement

- Operate budget preparation and budget variance analysis

- Leading and driving controllership efforts throughout finance and operating functions

- Assist in developing and executing the Operating Plan

- Oversee the financial department and corresponding systems

- Assist in the development of the corporate organizational and functional chart

- Oversee of all accounting, reporting and IT systems

- Establish a solid and fluid financial reporting link with the Board regarding the objectives and progress of the brands and the Company

- Oversee and manage the corporate finances of Company

- Analyze and model strategic initiatives

Education:

- Typically a job would require a certain level of education.
