Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly qualified Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Agra. As a CA-qualified professional, you will oversee all financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and taxation laws. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong focus on financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

o Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.

o Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

2. Taxation and Compliance:

o Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings.

o Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and tax assessments.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting:

o Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

o Monitor budget variances and provide analysis and recommendations to management.

4. Internal Controls and Process Improvement:

o Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

o Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial and accounting systems.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in the manufacturing/industrial sector.

- Skills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
