This job is for you:
1. If You have been Managing various businesses for more than 5 years having a turnover of more than $500mn.
2. If you have been working with global Organizations in Manufacturing of Edible Oils, Beverages, FMCG, Consumer Durables sectors.
3. If you have managed a minimum 5 legal entities and having multi-cultural/multi-geography exposure.
4. If you are having direct or indirect reporting of over 30 members team including more than 8 CA / CPA / Financial Controllers
5. If you have played a leading role in Fund Raising, M&As, Trade Forex, International deals, capacity expansions etc.
6. If you have Sound working knowledge of SAP, Oracle & JD Edwards.

Role Objectives:
PRIMARY/SHORT TERM OBJECTIVES:1. Understand all the group operations, assets, structure and practices.
2. Understand the current systems and processes in place. Implement any small quick improvements; keep track of larger improvements that can be made on the basis of risk exposure. Map and standardize across the organization
3. Streamline the accounts and finance department
4. Complete a thorough risk analysis of the organization
5. Start identifying and researching into optimal long term structure systems.
6. Create accountability and a team environment in the department
SECONDARY/LONG TERM OBJECTIVES:1. Liaise with subject matter experts and create a plan/strategy for a group structure.
2. Start implementation of this strategy across the group
3. Identify 3-5 key processes that need to be improved based on the risk analysis and commence executing these improvements.
4. From 1 & 2, bring efficiencies in the organization that is reflected on the bottom line.
