Chief Financial Officer - BPO/IT

We are looking for a passionate & vibrant leader to take up the role of Chief Financial Officer to for leading the finance and accounts function.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Financial planning and strategy

- Balance Sheet management

- Partnering with business and supporting in preparation of business proposals

- Budgeting, planning, financial & business analysis and costing

- Improving accounting and MIS systems; focus on business efficiencies

- Deliver superior service at reduced cost - streamline financial functions and provide self-service reporting and analysis

- Forecasting & managing cash-flows and arranging working capital

- Develop, monitor and evaluate overall corporate strategy with the CEO and leaders of the business unit with emphasis on bottom line performance and working capital.

- Lead systems integration efforts.

- Setting up and maintaining strong systems, processes, and controls

- Tax - Overall responsible for Taxation

Compliance & Governance :

- Revenue and cost management, ensure proper control & checks

- Monitoring statutory compliance.

- Ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management - embedded risk management and controls from transactional processing to financial reporting

Leadership/Relationship Management :

- Mentoring & leading the finance & accounting team

- Leading & managing investor relationship

- Collaborating with the CEO to analyze the health of business in quarterly and monthly review.

Key Competencies :

- Experience in revenue & receivables management

- Proactively manage cash flows

- Must have good analytical, number-crunching and budgeting & MIS skills

- Strong on processes and controls

- Good knowledge of direct & indirect taxation

- Business orientation & partnering with the Business Team
