The CFO will play a key role in shaping the financial future of the company. This strategic leadership position will manage financial operations across multiple business entities, support IPO processes, and oversee mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of enhancing financial performance, managing growth initiatives, ensuring compliance with global financial regulations, and successfully listing companies on BSE or NSE Emerge.

Financial Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and implement robust financial strategies to maximize profitability and achieve long-term growth objectives.

- Ensure financial stability through the creation and enforcement of sound financial policies, controls, and regulatory compliance.

- Lead the financial operations across all business entities, ensuring alignment with group-wide goals.

- Drive the successful listing of group entities on BSE or NSE Emerge, managing all aspects of the process from regulatory compliance to investor relations.

- Collaborate with investment banks, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth and successful IPO listings, providing hands-on leadership throughout the process.

- Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team and board of directors, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

- Manage relationships with investors, financial analysts, and rating agencies, enhancing the company's financial reputation.

- Drive financial performance through hands-on leadership, mentoring the finance team, and aligning with overall corporate objectives.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):

- Lead financial due diligence for M&A transactions, ensuring comprehensive valuation analysis and risk assessments.

- Negotiate deal terms, assess pricing expectations, and review key financial documents such as tax returns, financial statements, and sales projections.

- Oversee post-acquisition integration strategies to ensure smooth transitions and maximize value creation.

Initial Public Offerings (IPOs):

- Lead the planning and execution of IPO processes, including preparing financial documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing investor relations.

- Work closely with legal counsel, auditors, and underwriters to ensure a successful IPO outcome.

- Drive post-IPO financial performance through strategic management of resources and investor communications.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

- Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements while ensuring compliance with Indian, US, and UAE financial laws.

- Establish and maintain internal financial controls, ensuring the company complies with financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax regulations.

- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring all financial activities adhere to corporate policies and external regulations.

- Ensure the company complies with corporate governance frameworks and industry-specific financial compliance regulations.

- Monitor evolving financial regulations, adapting strategies to ensure continuous compliance with both financial and operational standards.

Company Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure compliance with internal company policies including corporate governance, ethical standards, and risk management frameworks.

- Monitor adherence to corporate compliance programs, ensuring that financial practices align with both internal and external regulations.

- Work closely with the legal and risk management teams to ensure that all financial operations meet company compliance standards, including anti-corruption laws, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity protocols.

- Develop and enforce compliance protocols for executive compensation, ensuring they meet regulatory and tax standards.

Executive Compensation & HR Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with the HR team to design and implement elements of executive compensation, including Stock Appreciation Rights (SARs), Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), and tax-optimized compensation structures.

- Lead the development of flexible compensation plans that align with the company's financial goals and support employee retention and motivation.

- Partner with HR to ensure compensation plans are competitive, compliant, and aligned with corporate governance standards.

Key Operational Leadership:

- Build and maintain flexible, tax-optimized compensation structures in collaboration with HR, developing Total Rewards systems including ESOPs and SARs.

- Support business teams with pricing analytics, partnership evaluations, and contract negotiations.

- Manage treasury, accounting, and investor relations, ensuring seamless execution of financial operations across the company.

Work Relations:

- Internal: As part of the Global Core Leadership Team, the CFO will collaborate with the executive team and finance division.

- External: Regularly interact with financial authorities, auditors, banks, legal counsels, and industry forums to ensure alignment with financial trends and regulatory developments.
