Job Description
The CFO is responsible for managing the fiscal & accounting functions act as business partner, enabling profitability & business growth and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the service industry in the countries of operation.

Key Responsibilities Areas:
Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the finance function including F&A, Taxation Treasury, Budgetary Control and fiscal performance of the organization and group entities.
Leading the development of the business plans and programs as a strategic business partner.
Evaluate and advise on the impact of long term planning, introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.
Providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the CEO/President, the Board and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities.
Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization.
Enabling profitability and development of solutions to business challenges & identifying new opportunities.
Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline.
Continual up gradation and improvement of the financial processes & policies.
Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; i.e., evaluation & enabling of alliances acquisitions and/or mergers and funds and investments.
Optimize the handling of banking & treasury relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash flow.
Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
Ensuring compliances under companies act and managing audit of finance function.
Be an advisor from the financial & compliance perspective on contract and agreements.
Evaluate the finance function structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position is responsible for the direct supervision of the financial controllers across geographical locations of various entities of Denave in Asia & other locations the indirect supervision of all employees in the accounting and finance department.
Working Hours:
This is a full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel:
This position requires up to 30% travel within India, Singapore, Malaysia and UK region. In future could also involve some travel to newer locations (US, Australia) as Denave expands its operations further.
Required Education and Experience:
Qualified Chartered Accountant with excellent academic background with 15 to 20 years of related experience in services & related industry.
