Chief Financial Officer - BFSI

Years of Experience:

- CA / MBA in Finance, around 40 years of Age

- Background (Education, industry, education, company, industry) :

- Career completely in Finance, worked across various finance roles - controller, finance ops, book keeping, fundraising.

- Should have worked in companies with high financial ethics - ideally atleast 1 listed company / company with a good-quality board,

Example - Mahindra Finance,

- Worked in NBFC or FinTech for atleast 1 stint.

-Role, High Level Skills, Must haves, Nice to Have:

- Experience in raising debt capital. Ability to create processes, bring in the right tech to execute and experience in working with external audit forms. Familiarity with risk, compliance and statutory requirements.
