Chief Financial Officer - Battery EV Manufacturing Industry

- Extensive experience in senior financial positions in multinational organizations - manage professional teams, lead Due Diligence processes, partake in strategic decision-making, formulate policies, and more.

- Lead Financial Accounting, reporting, budgets & pricing

- Generate monthly financial statements submitted to local management and Investors

- Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial analyses

- Conduct legal activities: contracts and negotiations with customers/suppliers, NDAs, etc.

- Partake in strategic decisions, policies formulation, process improvement & implementation Collaborate with internal auditors to identify significant gaps in Internal Control Systems and take corrective actions to ensure adherence to company standards

- Ensure compliance with local tax rules and financial reporting requirements including implementation of Transfer Pricing policies

- Manage taxation and legal aspects.

- Need good communication skills in English.
