- As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of our client's diversified conglomerate, you will be the driving force behind our financial strategy and operations, ensuring that the company maintains a strong financial foundation across its Automobile, Hospitality, and Real Estate businesses.

- You will be responsible for safeguarding the company's financial health, guiding investment decisions, and providing insights to steer the organization toward sustained growth.

- Your leadership will be crucial in managing financial risks, optimizing capital structures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals and business objectives across the group companies.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure accurate financial projections and effective resource allocation.

- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses for the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.

- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, ensuring that the company maintains a healthy financial position while mitigating potential risks.

- Capital Management: Optimize the company's capital structure, manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, and ensure effective liquidity management.

- Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance requirements across all business units.

- Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and integration processes for potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, regulators, and senior management, to drive the company's financial agenda.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or MBA in Finance from a reputable institution.

- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in a multi-industry company or Automobile Dealership

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial management in the Automobile, Hospitality, and Real Estate sectors.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, risk management, and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, financial software, and MS O
