- IT has world class manufacturing facilities that can fulfill all the requirements of the clients with precision. Our Infrastructure includes special purpose and general purpose CNC turning centers, CNC vertical turning centers to handle simple and complex machining job to exact requirement.
- Over the years, we have acquired skills to built our own special purpose machinery such as cnc vertical turning, cnc drilling machine, cnc horizontal turning, cnc turning machine for specific needs
The Role : As a CFO to be a key member of the Leadership Team of a fast growing, multi location automotive engineering company and build a strong Finance function which is an enabler of sustainable growth
Key Responsibilities :
Accounting :
a. Ensure timely and accurate accounting and periodical book closing and preparation of financial statements and reports
b. Co-ordinate with Statutory and Internal and Cost audits for timely and unqualified closures for audit
Compliance & Tax :
c. Develop appropriate direct and indirect tax strategies to ensure that tax implications on the company and business transactions is optimized
d. Ensure all statutory compliances in the areas of direct and indirect tax, PF, ESI, etc
e. Deal with Government agencies for availing various subsidies entitled to the business
Budgeting MIS & Reporting :
f. Responsible for Annual Budgeting, monthly/quarterly Forecasting and variance analysis
g. Deliver segmental P&L statement and analysis every month
h. Ensure measurement, capture, analysis and reporting of key business & financial parameters for facilitating decisions
i. Actively engage and work with other HODs and Leadership team to formulate best strategies and initiatives and develop, record and report measurement metrices to ensure optimum outcomes
Treasury & Risk Mitigation :
j. Manage working capital & cashflow to ensure availability, optimum utilization and minimum cost
k. Coordinate with Banks and Financial institutions for fund based and non-Fund based limits
l. Manage and hedge forex exposures, investment risks, business risks, financial risks
m. Ensure management of investible surplus and identify best options to maximise returns at zero cost
Costing & Control :
n. Ensure proper and automated processes and internal controls to ensure zero loss/leakages of
resources, assets and revenue
o. Ensure correct product costing and pricing
p. Ensure constant monitoring of all aspects of business to ensure assets and resources are optimally utilized
q. Assist management with financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, costing systems for sound decision making
Corporate Governance :
r. Ensure external stakeholder management and establish communication and transparency framework to meet stakeholder expectations on transparency and governance
s. To engage with investors to maintain their trust in managements decisions and executions
t. To support the Organisations Leadership in keeping the Board engaged and apprised of important and critical Corporate actions
Others :
u. Implement systems, procedures and controls using erp and other tools to ensure high degree of automation to enhance capability and capacity of the function for efficiency and quality of output
v. Develop and nurture a team that ensures that finance becomes an enabler for sustainable growth.
Skills Required :
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems, process and procedures, consolidation & inter-company
- Good knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and IFRS
- Excellent knowledge of Direct and Indirect taxes especially GST
- Good knowledge of processes like R2R, P2P, O2C, etc and a high control orientation
- Strong in automation of processes, spreadsheet, reports
- Good Knowledge of price-modelling, costing systems, variance analysis & reporting
- Understanding of statutory compliances impacting business
- Excellent with MS Office tools especially excel, word & power-point
- Strong in periodical book closing, financial and compliance reporting
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good at peer interaction and excellent communication skills
- Strong at liaising with external agencies both government and non-government
Qualifications & Experience :
- Chartered Accounting with 15+ years of post qualification experience
- Should have worked as CFO/Head of Finance/GM Finance/VP Finance) in a manufacturing industry
preferably engineering, automotive components, white goods
- Lead a team of 12 to 15 members across locations
- Excellent knowledge of erps preferably SAP and reporting tools
- Should be detailed oriented and hands on in approach
