Chief Financial Officer - Asia + India - Manufacturing Firm

Key Deliverables:

- Provide the Plant Heads and management of the company with all necessary information on all financial aspects of the plant & businesses that they may consider when making business decisions and support the business build an efficient financial system at the plant.

- Direct, control and manage all financial activities of the Indian entity, including accounting, controlling consolidation, treasury and tax. Ensure that they are managed efficiently and in accordance with the group standards and local legal obligation.

- Review existing financial processes to ensure total compliance with corporate guidelines & policies and changing business needs.

- Ensure that necessary reporting and compliance requirements are completed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.

- Manage the forecast and annual planning process at the plant in close consultation with the plant head and the Regional Asia Management team and the HQ.

Reporting/Consolidation:

- Reporting and IT Systems: Preparing reliable current and forecasting reports, setting up and overseeing the company's finance IT system.

- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Business Planning & Budgeting:

- Initiate, carry out & consolidate annual budget & quarterly business review on timely manner

- Develop supporting tools for the region in the business planning process

- Review business plan to ensure compliance to Corporate Guidelines

- Monitor monthly sales forecast to ensure KPIs for the region are met.

Financial & Business Management:

- Driving the company's financial planning.

- Analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments to perform risk management.

- Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.

- Controlling and evaluating the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.

- Ensuring appropriate cash flow for the organization's operations.

- Collect, analyze & monitor the financial reports of countries to ensure strategic milestones are met

- Provide the management with all necessary information on all financial aspects for business decisions.

- Support the local business to build an efficient financial system through creation of strong local financial systems, build good systems of reporting covering all financial info like margins analysis, opex management, EBITDA, cash flow, receivables etc.

- Ensure that they are managed efficiently and in accordance with the group standards and local legal obligation.

- Review existing internal guidelines, business models & processes to ensure total compliance with corporate guidelines & local legislation and in line with the changing of business needs.

- Manage the forecast and annual planning process in close consultation with HQ Finance, Supply Chain and the Regional Management team.
