We are hiring for the position of CFO/ Chief Financial Officer for our client into manufacturing of Agriculture products.

Job location - Bangalore

Position - CFO/ Chief Financial Officer

CTC - 15-20LPA

Experience - 9 to 12 years

Job Responsibilities -

1. Ensuring a proper annual business planning exercise for all stake holders of the company

2. Setting up proper systems and processes across the organization

3. Ensuring that the company functions at optimal working cycle level

4. Corporate Governance and timely MIS reporting

5. Fund Raising (Debt as well as Equity)

6. Working with Sales team for proper incentive schemes to ensure that sales and collections are achieved as per business plan

7. Vendor Management to ensure proper supply chain management and optimal cost structure

8. Timely completion of accounting and auditing functions

9. Indirect and Direct Tax Management

10. Actual v/s Planned Tracking and course correction

11. Board Management

12. Cost Management
