CFO (India & Overseas Subsidiaries)

The chief financial officer (CFO) is responsible for all financial matters of the Organization. The CFO will report to and work closely with the CEO. In addition, you will partner with the senior leadership and the board of directors to develop and implement business strategies across the organization. Must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace while managing a finance staff.

Key Responsibilities.:

- You will have responsibility to provide vision and leadership for all aspects of the finance function including the company's financing arrangements, capital strategy, strategic planning, risk management, investor relations, project finance, investment banking, business performance, compliance, reporting and relationship management.

- Responsible for raising project level debt and equity for projects and will be responsible for liquidity and cash management.

- Manage Overseas Subsidiaries.

- The overall financial management, business analysis budgeting and reporting (internal and external).

- Ensuring that tax and regulatory payments, returns and filing including overseas subsidiaries are up to date and compliant.

- Annual Budgeting - lead annual budgeting process and business planning across the Group, including run out budgets.

- Financial Processes & Controls - Identifying and implementing best practice to make the company's financial processes and controls more efficient and effective.

- Preparing reports as required for Audit Committee, Executive Committee, Group Board, India Board, company's senior management.

- Preparation of monthly forecasts and accounts, monitoring against budget and reporting variances to the MD and CEO

- Preparation of quarterly consolidated accounts.

- Maintain on a contentious basis a forecast of the short term and long-term funding requirements based on growth plans and ensure funding arrangements are in place to meet business expansions and operational requirements.

- Cash-flow Management / Treasury - Forecast, monitor and control the company's receipts and payments to ensure these are optimized and in line with submitted cash flow forecasts.

- Manage finance for Overseas Subsidiaries ensuring timetables are met and fully compliant with group guidelines.

- Manage and oversee transfer pricing procedures and processes to ensure compliance.

- Responsible for TDS compliances including preparation and submission of relevant returns.

- Responsible for service tax, VAT and GST, as applicable, compliances including preparation and submission of relevant returns.

- Management of Auditor relationship Overseas.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Chartered Accountant with 20 + years of experience & last 5 years as CFO / Finance Controller for Reputed Organization for a major company or division of a large corporation & handling Overseas Subsidiaries. Age not More than 45.

2. Should have experience in partnering with an executive team and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.

3. Understanding of GAAP and international financial reporting.

4. Knowledge of financial processes and audit.

5. Ability to convince and implement controls and processes to achieve financial goals.
