Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:

- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial matters.

- Financial Controller: Lead the Financial controls agenda and manage crucial financial activities including financial reporting, accounting operations (including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing), internal controls, audit coordination, financial systems and technology etc.

- Financial Preparation and Due Diligence for the IPO: The CFO will lead the financial preparation for the IPO, working closely with internal teams, external auditors, and legal counsel.

- Fundraising and Investor Relations: Drive fundraising efforts, including venture capital, angel investment, and debt financing, to secure funding and fuel the company's growth. Build and maintain relationships with investors, board members, and other stakeholders through effective communication and transparent reporting.

- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. Maintain strong internal controls and governance frameworks to safeguard company assets and promote transparency and accountability.
