Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board of Directors, responsible for providing strategic direction and financial guidance to the organization by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing financial and accounting policies, procedures and controls, in-line with established international practices and standards, ensuring availability of funds to smoothly execute business plans, implementation of sound financial management paradigms to maximize returns on investments, stringent monitoring of cash flows, optimizing capital structure and minimizing risk exposure for various projects / SPVs.

Audit:

- Proven experience in banking, treasury management, and corporate finance.

- Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.

- Sound exposure to internal audits and controls.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with executive management and the Board of Directors.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- General accounting, overall bookkeeping management, consolidation of accounts and closures.

- Sound knowledge of performance reporting, exposure to the budgeting process for multiple businesses, expense monitoring and control.

- Knowledge of Commercial & Income Tax (Direct & Indirect Taxation).

- Understanding of Financial Risk Management framework.

- Knowledge of Financial Analysis & Control Frameworks and techniques.
