- Background in the manufacturing industry and turnover 5000Cr or above.
- CFO will oversee all financial operations and ensure the financial health of the organization. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the CFO will be responsible for strategic financial planning, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), risk management, compliance, and hedging strategies to mitigate financial risk. The CFO will lead efforts to optimize financial performance, liquidity, and capital structure.
Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Partner with the Executive Director on key business decisions, including M&A and private equity initiatives.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance profitability.
- Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and integration for M&A activities.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, offering actionable recommendations.
- Present financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Fundraising:
- Evaluate and identify potential acquisition opportunities and private equity partnerships.
- Lead financial due diligence, risk assessment, and integration planning for M&A activities.
- Develop financial models to assess impacts of M&A, fundraising, IPOs, and banking activities.
- Collaborate with private equity firms to secure funding and manage relationships.
- Ensure seamless post-acquisition integration to maximize value.
Hedging & Risk Management:
- Develop and implement hedging strategies for commodity and currency risks.
- Manage financial risk using derivatives like forwards, futures, and options.
- Monitor global market trends and adjust hedging policies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and safeguard company assets.
National and International Banking:
- Manage relationships with national and international banks to facilitate transactions and financing.
- Oversee foreign exchange management and cash flow optimization across jurisdictions.
- Ensure compliance with both national and international banking regulations and standards.
- Compliance, Legal, and Company Secretarial Functions
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, including audits and tax regulations (IndAS).
- Oversee legal compliance across financial operations and corporate governance.
- Manage company secretarial functions, including board meetings, resolutions, and regulatory filings.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management:
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial efficiency.
- Oversee debt management, capital structure, and investment strategies.
- Lead negotiations with banks for loans, credit facilities, and financial instruments.
- Optimize treasury operations to ensure business liquidity.
Taxation and Legal Compliance:

- Ensure effective corporate governance and adherence to legal frameworks.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
