Position Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with over 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, including a strong background in IPOs and leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the garment manufacturing industry and a proven track record of driving financial excellence, strategic growth, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.

- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.

- Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

- Drive the IPO process, coordinating with external advisors, legal teams, and regulatory bodies.

- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership.

- Ensure robust financial controls, risk management, and governance practices are in place.

- Optimize the companys capital structure, liquidity, and financial performance.

- Manage investor relations, ensuring transparent and effective communication of financial performance and strategy.

- Analyze and improve cost structures, operational efficiency, and profitability within the garment manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

- 15+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior leadership role.

- Proven experience leading IPOs, including regulatory compliance, financial disclosures, and investor relations.

- Strong background in garment manufacturing finance, with a deep understanding of industry-specific financial challenges and opportunities.

- Expertise in cost control, supply chain finance, and operational efficiency within manufacturing environments.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
