- Develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and preparing growth plans. Plan and perform risk management duties.

- Manage the banking of both the organizations including preparing full bank financing documents.

- Negotiation and management of all contracts from planning to execution in both organization locations.

- Perform an effective cost account for the organizations. Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.

- Establishes financial operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; and advising change.

- Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; and accumulating capital to fund expansion.

- Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans. Track and insure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable.

- Perform effective transfer pricing, direct and indirect tax planning for both organizations.

- Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

- Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with investment community.

- Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.

- Analyze and manage organizations liabilities and investments.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as CFO or relevant role Minimum 15-20 years of relevant work experience Industry experience is preferred. In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software

- Ability to strategize and solve problems Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and people skills

- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers CA is a pre-requisite.
