Chief Financial Officer

- Providing leadership, direction to and management of the finance and accounting team

- Providing strategic recommendations to executive management team and the board on long-term business and financial planning

- Support the business in preparing quarterly and annual business plans, translating these into monthly action plans and in implementing the necessary actions to achieve the business plan targets

- Implement and manage appropriate financial controls and accounting procedures

- Ensure full transparency and reporting over the financial performance of the company

- Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner

- Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained

- Raise the required equity and debt financing to achieve the business plan
