Chief Financial Officer

Designation : Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities :

- Representative company to BSE and reporting to BSE and Banks

- Prepare IAM's Financial Model, Quarter Result and Investment Reports.

- Vendor/ Stake holder management domestic/internationally

- Onboard new investor

- Drive the company's financial planning

- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.

- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks

- Control and evaluate the organization's plans and capital structure

- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)

- Manage & coordinate with vendor relationships- Team handling & team guiding

Preference : Have experience working for listed company.

Must Have :

1. Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner

2. Committed towards timelines

3. Corporate Finance

4. Good presentation skills (Oral and written)

Age Criteria : Max 35 - 40 yrs

Max Salary : 30 LPA - 50 LPA
