Chief Financial Officer

We are currently hiring for "Chief Financial Officer" role with a leading startup based out in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships.

They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations.

The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Job description:

Providing strategic recommendations to the Management on investments and business growth decisions.

Identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investors, banks, financial partners and auditors, explore and actively contribute in fund raising options for the business.

Act as a financial counsel to the heads and evaluate strategic alliances.

Focus long-term business and financial planning and Cash flow management.

Prepare Budgeted vs Actual Expenses variance report with cost centre allocation and analysis of the same for management.

Prepare various MIS as per schedules of reporting and report to the management.

Establish and optimise finance operational strategies and ensure best business practices to reduce business risk and meet the overall objectives.

Lead accurate and timely preparation of financial forecasting, budgets, taxation, audits, documentations, business contracts.

Adherence to company operational procedures, policies, agreements, and compliances.

Key Requirements:-.

CA Qualified.

Min 10-18 years of finance accounts experience.

Knowledge of corporate law and risk management practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong business acumen and results-oriented approach.

Must have experience of SAP or any ERP/ Automation.

Experience in physical business is desired.
