About our Client - Our client is an Indian MNC in business of manufacturing High Security Number Plates. They are looking for a Financial Controller for their organisation.

Job Description - As a Financial controller, you will be reporting into the Managing Director handling a team of 5-6 direct reportees. You will be responsible for:

- Develop a nation wide finance team structured according to local needs as well as a concurrent MIS system for efficient reporting

- Strong exposure in closing of books as per Local GAAP

- Driving business planning, budgeting and strategic vision for the organization

- Working capital management including fund flow analysis and approval and arranging short term financing , Forex management

- Liaising and negotiating with banks & financial institutions while reviewing projections, managing cash flows and credit flows

- Assisting internal and external audit for all group companies ( 4 entities)

- Drive the design and implementation of systems, controls and processes

- Partner strongly in creation of strategy, commercial decisions along pricing and analysis

- Drive Inorganic growth of the organization by way of internal expansions and M&A activities

- In house representation to the board as well as investors.

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with 10-12 years of experience gained within the manufacturing sector with strong experience in Plant location is a must. The ability to create processes and systems from scratch and a hand on nature is a must for the role. Further, you must be an experienced leader with high integrity, strong leadership skills having a hands-on approach. You should be flexible in terms of traveling and should be able to take the ownership for your function as well as business.
