Responsibilities:

- Fully conversant with Transactional and Accounting Control (in Tally Software)

- Budgeting & preparation of Financial Statements as per IND AS.

- Balance Sheet and Finalisation of Accounts

- Timely adherence of Statutory Compliance i.e. Income Tax, Companies Act, GST, RBI, SEBI, etc.

- Drafting of Income Tax Notices, GST Notices,

- Transactional Structuring and Documentation with other regulatory authorities as and when required.
