Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

- Heading finance functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate controls and statutory compliances.

- Finance, Commercial, Tax, Treasury, Risk management in the operations of the company.

- Formulating budgets, conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and implementing corrective actions.

- Administering the finalization of year-end financial statements.

- Dealing with internal/ statutory/ tax auditors and ensuring that accounts prepared are in order & in compliance with necessary statutory and internal requirements & standards.

- Opex, IM and legal functions

- Budgeting, Forecasting, financial reporting & MIS with Profitability & cost analysis

- Liaising and develop relationship with the Strategic partners, Financial Institutions, Banks & NBFCs for Financial Structuring & closure of the Projects.

- Commercial aspects of Contracts with the customers in the Operations of the company in India

- Support to business control & Corporate Finance departments.
