Chief Finance Officer - Manufacturing

Role Purpose :

- To enhance organizational performance through challenging the status quo and creating a culture of financial success through effective business planning & cost controlling, operational excellence, setting strategic plans and leading strategic projects, effective cash management, digitization, setting up and monitoring the right risk management practices, fund generation for setting up and expanding businesses, revamping business models.

Desired Profile:

- Must be in the age group 35 to 45 years

- Must have worked as CFO in listed company having turnover of 700 Cr

- Must have worked as a Financial Controller or a Finance Business Partners

- Must have a consulting mindset

- Must have driven business transformation projects

- Must possess strong business acumen

- Must demonstrate skills in leadership development and coaching

- Must demonstrate abilities to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Education:

- Chartered Accountant or CFA or similar.

- MBA from a top institute is mandatory.
