About our Client - Our client is the largest manufacturer of engineering products that support turnkey projects in the infrastructure space and also a world leader in the EPC industry. Our client is a JV between a Belgium based company and a leading Indian Conglomerate based out of Chennai. To further grow in the Indian market they are looking to hire a Chief Finance Officer to spearhead their finance function.

Job Description - Reporting into the Global Finance Director and India CEO your responsibilities will be:

- Develop the financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans in line with the Company's goals

- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions and minimizing the impact of variance on the business

- Lead and develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and identifying revenue opportunities

- Oversee the entire finance and accounting team in line with company guidelines

- Define local tax strategies and drive tax compliances in line with JV partnership norms

The Successful Candidate - You are a qualified Chartered Accountant with 15 years of post qualification experience in the EPC or Infrastructure industry. You must have experience in handling large turnkey projects, fund raising and analyzing bidding processes. You must have strong people management exposure along with strong interpersonal skills in your current role.
