Chief Finance Officer - Cement/Construction Manufacturing

Designation : Chief Finance Officer

Interview Process : Telephonic Interview followed by personal interview

Job Location : Kathmandu

Job Responsibilities :

- Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.

- Compliance on internal and external audit observations related to finance and accounts

- Ensuring compliance of direct taxation and indirect taxation matters

- Direct supervision of entire accounts department for timely completion &updating of accounts

- Preparation of yearly financial budget and implement same.

- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.

- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

- Able to handle bank and financial institution and arrange necessary fund.

- Able to Handle Handling Shareholders requirement and documentation matters

- Monthly cost reporting, break even and variance analysis reporting to the CEO
