Chief Finance Officer - CA - Retail/Insurance/Infra

As an integral organ of the strategic think-tank

- Operate an effective finance organization delivering a variety of services- FP&A, treasury, tax & other finance operations.

- Protect the vital assets of the company, ensure compliance with financial regulations, close the books correctly, and communicate value and risk issues to the board.

- Be a strategist & help influence the future direction, align business and finance strategy. Play an integral role in supporting long-term investments, M&A, capital market strategies.

- Drive timely execution of change in the finance function, selectively drive business improvement initiatives, process improvements & innovations that add value to company.

Scope of the Position/Key Deliverables:

- Finance Strategic Planning

- Financial Reporting & MIS

- Financial Modeling & Restructuring

- Budgetary Planning & Control

- Banking, Treasury & Forex Management

- Fund Raising & Management

- Risk Assessment & Management including those pertaining to digitization & cyber security

- Statutory Compliances, Internal audit& Controls, Corporate Governance

- Investor relations

- Direct and Indirect Taxation

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. CA with 18-22 years of post qualification experience and last few years as CFO in a leading & large enterprise.

2. Domestic and global financial management experience across multiple & multi location business environment.

3. Excellent written and oral communication skills

4. - Out of box- thinking capability.

5. Demonstrated leadership ability, team management and interpersonal skills.

6. Should be updated in - what's happening around the world- .

7. Should be able to groom / mentor a team.

8. Experience in a senior management role, partnering with executive staff, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies.

9. Strong adaptability

10. Business friendly

11. Experience in foreign exchange management in multi currencies.

12. A great team player with the ability to positively influence business and finance stakeholders
