Designation:Chief Financial Officer of a multinational organisation.
Objectives:
- To act as a - business partner- in order to improve the financial performance of his entity, improving the overall organization efficiency, and to control external and internal risks
- To ensure that all Accounting and Finance operations properly booked and reported, in line with standards (internal) and local statutory requirements (external)
- To act as a service provider for transactional activities (AP, T&E)
- To be the local steward for insurance and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- To lead business controlling activities at the entity level
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement adequate processes in terms of internal control, business continuity and deadlines
- Optimize processes related to data production and ensure that the Finance department respects all Group's processes (standardization)
- Internal reportings : meet internal requirements and standards
- External reporting- s: respect legal requirements, especially in terms of accounting and tax (the CFO manages the relationship with financial auditors and - whenever necessary - with the tax administration)
- Coordinate and validate the budgeting process at the entity level, according to Corporate instructions
- Analyze and follow-up the financial performance of the entity, in terms of P&L and cash
- Prepare forecasts
- Properly report analysis to the global Corporate Finance team
- Prepare and present relevant financial analysis (actual and forecast), highlighting deviations or trends,
- Recommend solutions, and makes sure that adequate actions are implemented by the relevant functions
- Ensure timely and quality processing in coordination with service users
- Coordinate the roll out of global insurance policies and placement of local policies in line with company''s requirements
- Develop and implement local ERM program in line with global ERM program
- Prepare local entity level financial analysis
- Support local CAPEX project, including feasibility study and project follow up.
- Support M&A activities

Qualifications/Requirements :
Education : MBA Finance/CA
Experience : 10+ years experiences in Finance management
