Chief Finance Officer will work closely with the SBU Head's& MD/Chairman and will also be expected to train and mentor few junior members in the Group during the deal execution process.

Chief Finance Officer will work on multiple projects simultaneously and will primarily work on leading the arranging (including structuring the transaction, managing the internal credit process, negotiating financing documentation, successfully reaching financial closing and monitoring the transactions closed) as well as Debt and Equity financial advisories for the Non- Financial Business.

Key responsibilities include deal pitching, negotiation and execution experience across all levels of the execution process (origination, deal analysis, negotiation of documents, closing and distribution).

The position requires high level of qualitative and quantitative analysis, in-depth financial modelling and knowledge of the industries as well as the regulatory environment across the different jurisdiction.

Required Experience

- 12+ years of experience, Developing strategies and setting goals to hit fundraising targets, International Finance, Fund Raising in Global markets, Treasury, Project Financing, Working capital, Debt Financing, Loans& Borrowings, Wealth Management, Fund Management, Ensuring synergies for maximizing the efficiency of funds

- Debt, project finance, financial closure, Private equity, Private placement, QIB

- Shareholders agreement

- M&A and or Equity placement experience.

- Budgeting and business plan preparation.

- Creative structuring; pricing strategies and commercial agreements.

- Maintaining relationships with FIs, Banks, Consultants, Auditors and related agencies.

- Dealing with consortium of banks & debt syndication

- Arrangement of working capital, term loans and structured products

- Corporate finance, International finance, business finance

- Must have participated or ideally led Project Financings transactions, or Debt Capital Markets transactions experience would be a plus.

- Experience with review and negotiation of project and financing documents

- Seasoned in deal execution / prior lead transaction experience required

- Strong financial modelling skills.

- Strong analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative).

Required Skills

- CA/CFA with 12-15 years of experience

- Team player, self-motivated person with strong attention to details. Excellent written and oral communication

- Organized, multi- tasking abilities with impeccable timing and management skills
