About our Client : Our client is a Joint Venture between a leading developer and a world renowned PE firm investing in Business Parks. With the changing regulatory scenario and with an eye to grow exponentially a need has risen for a seasoned CFO.
Job Description: Reporting to the CEO, your specific responsibilities will include:
- Advise various stakeholders on the financial implications and risks related to key issues and important strategic decisions; keep all relevant parties posted, on a timely basis, regarding ongoing financial condition of the organization.
- Contribute operationally to the growth of the business.
- Evaluate, and potentially design/redesign and implement the Company's risk management, financial, accounting and reporting processes and supporting systems, ensuring world class financial administration.
- Oversee annual business planning and budgeting process. Jointly with business leadership, develop and implement financial strategies and action plans to achieve financial objectives set in the budget Oversee preparation of quarterly and interim management committee and Board of Directors' Audit Committee meeting materials, and the external and internal audit processes.
- Drive in a hands-on manner the full array of financial functions including fund raising, taxation, treasury, cash management, working capital management, corporate finance, control, audit, financial planning and analysis, MIS and investor relations.
- Overall responsibility of maintaining compliance with all applicable statutory laws, ensure internal compliance with various policies and processes laid out in the Organization
The Successful Candidate:
- You are a Chartered Accountant with atleast 20 years of post qualification experience with the majority spent in a senior financial role at a public company or a large diversified private company.
- Experience of handling IPO of a PE backed portfolio company is a plus. Post-graduate qualification in business management and law is desirable.
- Regardless of background, this person will have the overall business acumen and leadership skills to manage a high growth business.
- You should have a strong ability to set performance metrics and to manage the finance, compliance, risk management, treasury and accounting functions.
- Strong communications and presentation skills necessary to interact with the investment community. In order to fit into the Company's culture, the successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, hardworking, results-oriented, curious, and willing to take initiative.
- The desired candidate should have in-depth of knowledge in the finance functions including Indian / GAAP accounting.
- Experience of interacting with regulatory authorities such as RBI/SEBI, rating agencies and industry associations; alliance partners, regulators, bankers and investors.
- Strong ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
