Chief Finance Officer

Responsibilities :

- Finance, Accounting, Budgeting and Cost Control.

- Forecasting & Controllership.

- Strategic Planning and Execution.

- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.

- Analyze Financial Data, Prepare Financial Reports, Statements and Projections.

- Assistance in matter related to mergers or acquisitions.

- IPO exposure upto listing process

Candidate Requirements :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA in Finance with 18+ years of work experience in strategic planning and execution

- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including

- Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations

- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections,

- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
