About our Client - Our client is a large Indian conglomerate with operations across 78 countries. They are currently looking for experience finance professionals to lead one of their INR 7000 cr business vertical in the manufacturing business.

Job Description - As a Chief Finance Officer you will be overseeing a team of 30 finance professionals and be reporting directly into the MD you will be responsible for :

- Creating a clear & robust financial strategy for the organization which includes five year plans, budgeting and quarterly forecasting.

- Managing company funds, investments in new business lines, conducting financial due diligence of investment opportunities and ensuring financial health of the surplus.

- Driving investment and funding for existing and new planned ventures.

- Managing working capital movements, short term and long term borrowings

- Leading & managing all aspects of accounting, taxation and internal audit within the organization

- Managing banking relationships. Lead the organization to become the biggest player in mining in India.

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant you will be a Chartered Accountant with 15+years of post qualification experience. You have handled treasury of large organization with strong experience in fund raising and managing a portfolio size of INR3000cr. You possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills and have considerable experience in a supervisory/ leadership role. You are a business leader with strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution ability.
