Roles & Responsibilities :

- The candidate should be well known engineer in the Transmission & Distribution sector having wide contacts within the utility and if possible with overseas utilities as well.

- He will be responsible for guiding the company with a view to double its turnover on year to year basis.

- If the candidate has experience as profit center head it would be helpful. The preferred age is between 40 to 50 years.

- The Company is looking for an outstanding and dynamic professional. He will report to the Board of Directors.

The Assignment (The Role / Job Description) :

- To help turn around and grow

- Build top line and bottom line and a vibrant team/culture.

- Raise the turnover to Rs.500 Cr.+ in next 5years time.

- Reengineer existing business, with a focus on costs and driving operational efficiencies

- Provide strong, result-oriented leadership toward building a professional organization.

The Person (Candidate Details) :

Experience:

- Education in Engineering : Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science / Communication - IT / Telemetry

- Hands on experience from power sector preferably power transmission & distribution

- Must have been CEO / COO of a 100 Cr. + operation in the power sector

- Proven track record of growth/reengineering.

Competencies :

- Strong people, finance and operation management competencies

- Independent, assertive, go-getter with a 'buck stops at me' attitude
