We are working with a few renowned multinational companies in the Testing, Inspection & Certification Industry and now looking for a Marketing Head Profile.

Role : Head ASEAN Singapore

Designation : General Manager/VP.

Experience : Minimum 15+ years of hands-on Marketing experience with the Inspection, Testing, and Certification (TIC) industry.

Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline and MBA in Marketing.

Location : Indonesia, Australia, Singapore

We prefer foreign nationals of the Philippines, settled in ASEAN.

Skills : Business acumen, Strategic thinking, Negotiation skills, and Team management.

KRA of Hub Marketing Personal - ASEAN:

- Present, promote, and sell our client's services to new and existing prospective clients.

- Perform cost- benefit and need analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.

- Analyze market situations and make strategies according to market needs.

- Conversant with company geographies and capabilities to answer client requirements.

- Create a bridge between the Country operation and BG's for smooth coordination.

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

- More F to F interaction through cold calling and referrals.

- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

- Set quarter and annual goals

- Analyze the market's potential through various data sets.

- To keep updated with various market information pertaining to the commodity market

- Supply respective teams with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends through social media posts and help the team with good content from time to time.
