Key Responsibilities
- Role holder will be accountable to Lead & manage P&L
- Develop and execute strategic growth plan
- Identify and evaluate business growth opportunities
- Understanding the Technology and the Market (Rural & Urban)
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, industry partners, and government agencies.
- Drive the development and enhancement of the technology platform. Understanding of the Ecommerce and Technology
- Must have good understanding of rural economy/consumer behavior to attract new channel partners

- BE & MBA from top B Schools
- Stakeholder management
- Strong Commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
- Proven P&L management skills
Person specification
- 15-20 years of experience in strategy, sales & marketing experience. Must have worked as a P&L Head for at least 5 years
- Must have experience in sectors like - Technology Fintech Platforms / Online services / E-services / B2B e-commerce
- Excellent people management skill
