- Candidate should be a seasoned techno commercial person.

- Very technology savvy and full awareness of the technology market space and current and future trends.

- Should be able to evaluate new products at the nascent stage and decide which one are worth investing time and money for future wealth creation.

- Knowledge of Technology, Finance & Investing is necessary. How much to invest, when to invest and when to divest the products.

- He/She should be known in the Private Equity and Venture Capitalist's circle.

- Build an eco system to identify, nurture & sell at profit new technology products .

- Should be able to support in house skilled mentors infuse start ups with guidance. Should help right idea to graduate in to a successful business.
