Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary CEO to lead our company's growth, innovation, and success with full P&L responsibility. The CEO will develop and execute strategic plans, drive business expansion, and foster a culture of excellence and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve growth, profitability, and market leadership.
- Set company vision, mission, and values.
- Foster a culture of innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
Business Operations:
- Oversee daily operations, including sales, marketing, manufacturing excellence, quality, supply chain and factory operations.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management.
- Monitor and improve company performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition.
Market Development:
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Expand product and service offerings to drive growth and diversification.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and industry leaders.
Industry Representation:
- Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and trade associations.
- Advocate for solar energy policy and regulatory initiatives.
- Collaborate with industry peers to advance solar energy adoption.
Talent Development:
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate business risks, including market, regulatory, and operational risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Financial Metrics.

Key specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in the solar industry or related field.
- Proven track record of leadership, strategy development, and business growth.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy markets, technologies, and policies.
- Experience in manufacturing, installation, or project development.
- Knowledge of energy storage, grid management, and smart technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
