Chief Executive Officer - SME Finance - NBFC

Currently hiring a CEO - SME Finance for a leading NBFC Company in Mumbai.

Job Purpose: To ensure long term value creation at SME Business Division by providing organizational purpose and direction, defining the long term strategy and the short term business goals and by driving alignment to the stated strategy and goals in line with governance principles.

Desired Qualifications: MBA / CA / ICWA

Desired Experience:

Atleast 20+ years of experience with more than 8 years in a similar position in the SME Finance industry.

In-depth knowledge of the working of the SME Finance sector

Good knowledge of the financial services industry

Knowledge of the product portfolio at SME Business Division

People and Project Management skills

Good negotiation skills

Good foresight and understanding of economic realities
