CEO for Mnc for Shipping and Logistics Domain in Gurgaon Location

We have urgent requirement for CEO for MNC in International Shipping and Logistics Domain in Gurgaon

Responsibilities : 

Global Product Leader : 

- Lead a versatile product team to scale our current product into a world leading international shipping marketplace

- Work with stakeholders both at national level and global level to define and develop the product launch and support playbook for each global region

 - Groom the product organization and evolve the product process suitable to the stage of our organizational growth

- Drive accountability and setup KPIs for the Product team

- Oversee prioritization in line with business goals for both the services business line and direct consumer facing product

- Develop a roadmap to launch SaaS model service for the platform and open up new avenues for revenue from the product suite

- India P&L Leader

- Work with the Board of Directors to plan annual KPIs and goals for the India business stream

Requirements:

- A deep familiarity with the International Maritime Shipping & Logistics, Client Forwarding industry

 Preferred 7-10 years of experience in handling a digital first business with a senior leader role in terms of accountability

- Experience in handling customer escalations, deciphering customer needs, relationship building, budget and team management, negotiation, contracts, B2B sales

- Experience in setting up business from scratch in India/South East Asia is an added
