Position - CEO Sales Operations

Job Role :

- Should be a Business Head, National Sales Head of mid size organization.

- 15-18 years of management experience with the day-to-day operations of an organization midsize company from Insurance/ Banking/ industry.

- Responsible to provide both operational and programmatic support to the organization.

- He will directly assist MD on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new business alliances.

- He will be responsible for building this organisation from scratch & running the operation with a P&L responsibility.

- Dynamic & aggressive leader with risk taking ability & Entrepreneurial skills for a startup organisation in the Insurance & Financial product industry.

- The product portfolio will be mainly Insurance & Financial products which will be sold across different channels viz E-Commerce, Direct Sales, Tele Marketing, DSA etc.
