Implement and improve development processes, deployment methodologies, integration strategies, and support frameworks. 18. Collaborate with the technical teams to address challenges, optimize resource allocation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 19. Establish performance metrics, monitor team and project performance, and drive accountability for results. 20. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in product development, deployment, integration, and support Qualifications : 1. Minimum 20 years software industry experience and in last 3 years proven track record as a CEO or in a CxO/senior executive leadership role 2. Minimum 10 years experience with global customers and international markets 3. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology trends. 4. Deep knowledge of the software industry, including emerging software development technologies and market dynamics. 5. Demonstrated experience in driving product innovation and successfully launching new products in SaaS Model. 6. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. 7. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to drive growth and profitability. 8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. 9. Software development experience of 5years, preferably with hands-on involvement earlier in the career, to understand technical complexities and effectively collaborate with the development teams. 10.
