Vice President (CEO - RPO/BPO)
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies, making major decisions and ensuring the organization meets its goals and objectives and work closely with other executives, managers, and employees to ensure the organization is successful.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the organization's strategic plan in collaboration with other executives and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the organization's financial performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors, customers, and suppliers.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that policies and procedures are being followed and that the organization is in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Defines and executes strategic vision for key accounts. Leads from the front guiding its implementation internally and at the customers.
- Creates and implements the execution plan to meet strategic objectives and achieve growth while maintaining profitability goals. Gets measured on NPS, gross margins and employee engagement/retention parameters.
- Works collaboratively with sales and account managers to ensure that the right assets are created and utilized.
- Engage in business development activities, such as identifying potential opportunities for growth and developing partnerships with other organizations.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and changes, adapting the organization's strategy as needed to remain competitive.
- Be the spokesperson for the customers as a strong leader that industry and internal teams look up to.
- Runs an effective cadence to ensure right metrics for delivery emerge from a tracking dashboard and communicates action plans effectively to executive team Process, Technology and People Management.
- Partner with HR for effective recruitment and contracting using various hiring channels.
- Ensures Employee development, training and growth.
- Participates in effective execution of Performance management and improvement of teams.
- Fosters a high achieving delivery organization through constructive feedback and mentorship.
Qualification And Experience:
1. MBA with 20 or more years of experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in managing complex organizations & Proven experience with a leading IT outsourcing services firm defining delivery strategy and implementation.
2. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and engage employees at all levels of the organization.
3. Strong experience executing with quantitative measures of progress for projects and accounts.
4. Good understanding of project metrics and reporting capabilities for effective decision support.
5. Experience working closely with a sales organization; solutioning, estimations process and manage effective transition to deliver significant size deals.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey information and ideas to a variety of stakeholders.
7. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
8. Sales driven, go getting attitude with a solid foundation in technology.
9. Financial acumen, with the ability to understand and manage budgets and financial statements.
10. Collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with other executives, managers, and employees.
11. Experience in business development and strategic planning.
12. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, and other stakeholders.
