Ensure that all the risks attached to the company's activities, including investments, external communication, institutional relations and legal compliance are regularly and properly evaluated, monitored and adequately secured.
Has contact within the organization and/or outside the organization.
Represents the company in all aspects of the business internally and externally with all partners.
The company results in realization - P&L.
Responsible for new store opening.
The company commercial result realization (sale/ volumes)
The company customer satisfaction ( market share )
The company employee value (turn over/ target realization)
Compliance with market regulation (legislation compliance)
Internal/ External audit reports
Leadership Strategy Formulation, Development, Planning, Problem-solving & analysis, Relationship Management + External Stakeholders, Interpersonal Style, Personal Organisation, Governance/ Compliance, Operational Management, Financial Budgeting, Business Development
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Must have extensive Retail experience
A successful track record of running an efficient and profitable operation
Growing retail Store operation/retail chain/chain stores
12 years+ management experience 3 years experience must be in the retail industry
Preference will be given to people with grocery goods retail environment/ private label /Retail Chain Stores/Pharma Retail
