Role Overview:
As the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance profitability. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of success in retail management, business development, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the retail MBO and general trade channels.
- Lead a diverse team to achieve business targets, foster a culture of collaboration, and drive operational excellence.
- Identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand the division's footprint in key markets.
- Oversee sales and distribution operations, optimize channel performance, and ensure effective inventory management.

Qualifications and Experience:
