Chief Executive Officer - Retail

Our client a leading retail firm in India is looking to hire a CEO.

- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business unit's revenue.

- Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities.

- Set and achieve revenue targets as mandated by the Management Cost Control

- Control and optimize operational costs and expenses within the business unit.

- Identify areas where cost-saving measures can be implemented without compromising quality or efficiency.

- Ensure the business unit operates profitably and Financial milestones are achieved within the defined time frame

- Monitor profit margins and implement strategies to improve profitability.

- Assess the financial impact of various business decisions.

- Continuously monitor and assess the financial performance of the business unit.

- Identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities

- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and cost-effectiveness.

The incumbent should have worked in the capacity of a CEO/COO/Business Head in a consumer set up
